Two teams that had a hard time stopping opponents passing games have shown interest in former Michigan State safety Trenton Robinson.
MLive.com reported Robinson was among the Detroit Lions' Monday evening interviews.
"I can put on for my city, my state (if Detroit selects me)," Robinson said to MLive.com. "It doesn't matter (who drafts me). Wherever they want me at."
The New Orleans Saints also spent time talking with Robinson.
"#saints chatting up some DBs after practice in Alfonzo Dennard and Trenton Robinson. #seniorbowl" tweeted Shane P. Hallam of Draftcountdown.com.
As for the draft experts, NFL Insider Cecil Lammey said Monday that Robinson was "silky smooth."
Kirk Cousins continues to shine
After being one of the main talking points after Monday's practice, Cousins kept turning heads Tuesday.
Despite a little problem with fumbling a couple snaps (with new centers, this can happen), Cousins again drew praise for his arm and his accuracy.
After being impressed with Cousins on Monday, Sports Illustrated's Tony Pauline had more praise after Tuesday's practice.
"QB Kirk Cousins of Michigan State continues to throw the ball with terrific speed and velocity. Receivers are never waiting on the pass as they leave their breaks," Pauline noted.
Wes Bunting of National Football Post: "#MichiganState QB Kirk Cousins with nice bucket throw during team session, spins it clean with nice touch #seniorbowl."
Brian Linthicum impresses Monday, doesn't dress for Tuesday
Sports Illustrated's Pauline included Linthicum on his notes about players who had good showings Monday.
"Brian Linthicum (TE/Michigan State) has really impressed all day. He looked very athletic during opening drills and has made several impressive catches in full scrimmage," Pauline said.
Linthicum was reported to be on the sideline without pads Tuesday and did not participate in practice.
"Michigan State TE Brian Linthicum is not in full pads (jersey, shorts) for today's practice. Watching from sidelines," said Tommy Hicks of the Press Register in Mobile, Ala.
